Cancellation Policy

Refunds are offered for service errors by the photographer/vendor, or if you are unable to attend Seminar for reasons beyond your control. Creel's Guarantee: I want you happy. That's pretty much the gist of it. Photos are a personal thing, and getting it right is a subjective art form. So, here's the process if we miss the mark. You'll get your money back. First, though, I'll ask you to allow for more editing. There's not much that can't be enlarged, shrunk, smoothed, or fluffed. It's a process, but you're worth it.
